The stacked filter press is an efficient solid-liquid separation device that integrates high efficiency, energy saving, and intelligent control. It utilizes the pressure of the feed pump, the characteristics of the material, and diaphragm squeezing pressure. Using filter cloth as the filtration medium, the slurry is separated into solid and liquid phases.

★ Working Principle
1. Filtration: After the plate and frame group is closed, slurry is pumped into the filter press and distributed into each chamber through distribution hoses. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged through the filtrate frame, while solid particles are retained on the cloth to form a filter cake.2. Squeezing: High-pressure water enters the upper chamber of the diaphragm, causing it to expand and compress the filter cake. The liquid within the cake is squeezed out through the filter cloth.
3. Washing: Washing liquid enters the slurry chamber through distribution hoses, fully covering the filter cake. Under pressure, it passes through the cake and filter cloth before being discharged.
4. Air Drying: Compressed air enters the slurry chamber through distribution hoses, lifting the diaphragm and discharging the high-pressure water from the press. The compressed air passes through the filter cake to remove remaining liquid and reduce cake moisture, while also emptying the filtrate frame.
5. Cake Discharge: After the air drying process is completed, the plate and frame group opens. The driving mechanism moves the filter cloth, and the filter cake is discharged from both sides of the filter press.
Note: The squeezing and air drying processes can be repeated according to actual requirements.
