Rubber Filter Belt
The rubber filter belt, also called a vacuum belt, is a key component of the DU horizontal belt vacuum filter and vacuum belt pulp washing machine. The belt surface has rows of transverse grooves, each containing one or more drainage holes. The drainage hole sections can be made entirely of rubber. The belt’s core layer is made of high-strength polyester or aramid canvas. The top and bottom rubber covers can be formulated to meet different conditions, providing resistance to acid, alkali, heat, oil, and cold. The belt is molded and vulcanized in a single composite process to ensure flatness and stable performance.

1. Acid- and Alkali-Resistant Filter Belt
Suitable for environments exposed to acids and alkalis, such as phosphate fertilizer, alumina, and catalysts (4A fluorspar). The rubber cover is made from rubber-plastic blend filled with acid- and alkali-resistant inert materials, offering superior chemical resistance compared to chloroprene rubber. The core uses high-strength polyester canvas, more resistant to acid and alkali than cotton canvas. Drainage holes are pure rubber to protect the core from corrosion, significantly extending belt life.
2. Heat-Resistant Filter Belt
Designed for filtering high-temperature materials (heat resistance: 80°C–105°C). The cover rubber uses heat- and aging-resistant EPDM, with a high-strength polyester canvas core. A heat-resistant fiberglass layer can be laid between the cover and core. Drainage holes are pure rubber to block high temperatures and filtrate from affecting the core. The belt life is greatly extended.
3. Oil-Resistant Filter Belt
Suitable for filtration of oily materials. The cover uses high-acrylonitrile nitrile rubber, and the core uses high-strength polyester canvas. It features low deformation and elongation, high strength, and broad applicability.
4. Cold-Resistant Filter Belt
Suitable for environments from -40°C to +70°C. The core is polyester canvas, and the cover combines natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, offering high elasticity, impact resistance, and excellent cold resistance.
