Operating principles and installation of fully automatic industrial dehydrators

Publish Date:2026-01-16 Views:60times

  Industrial dehydrators actually exist in our daily lives, though not commonly seen. They are generally found in industrial factories and are widely used by businesses. You might be curious about how an industrial dehydrator works and what precautions should be taken during installation. Let's take a look.

  I. Working Principle of an Industrial Dehydrator: The main component of a dehydrator is a stainless steel inner tank with small holes around its perimeter. The clothes to be dehydrated are placed inside the stainless steel inner tank. The electric motor drives the stainless steel inner tank to rotate at high speed via a belt. This generates a large centrifugal force, causing the water to be thrown out through the small holes in the inner tank, collected, and discharged. Generally speaking, for damp clothes, the drying effect achieved by a dehydrator in two minutes is roughly the same as that achieved by a dryer in twenty minutes. However, a dehydrator cannot completely dry the clothes. Therefore, a time-saving and energy-saving approach is to first dehydrate the damp clothes, and then dry them afterward.

  II. Features of Industrial Dewatering Machines: Industrial dewatering machines generally feature a three-legged, suspended structure with springs on the legs to prevent vibrations caused by unbalanced loads. The inner and outer shells are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability. Braking typically utilizes a brake lever system, providing excellent braking performance and reliable safety. A triangular belt drive, powered by a motor, drives the starting wheel, allowing for a gradual start-up to normal speed and smooth, vibration-free operation.

  III. Installation and Operation of Industrial Dewatering Machines:

  1. Installation of Industrial Dewatering Machines: Industrial dewatering machines must be installed on a solid foundation and securely fastened with three foundation bolts. The foundation must be leveled using a spirit level before installation. Before installation, check all components for damage and ensure all wiring is intact.

  2. Operation of the Industrial Dewatering Machine:

  (1) Place the material to be dewatered evenly and evenly into the rotating drum, paying attention to basic issues such as balance, uniformity, and overload;

  (2) Start the motor for about 90 seconds until the machine reaches normal operation, and a large amount of washing liquid begins to flow out of the outlet pipe;

  (3) After the machine has run for 8-10 minutes and there is basically no washing liquid flowing out of the outlet pipe, disconnect the power. After 1 to 2 minutes, slowly brake the opening and closing arm several times to stop the machine. Remove the material and proceed to the next cycle.

  The above is some information about the operating principle and installation of the industrial fully automatic dewatering machine. Hopefully, this information will be helpful.
