Under no circumstances should air permeate the ceramic filter plates. During workshop operation, the following precautions should be taken:
① The oil-water separator requires regular manual draining and lubrication of the manual valves. Multi-media filters play a crucial role in filtration.
② Pressure exists in the acid supply lines and PTFE tubing during both static and operational periods. This pressure must be released during maintenance and inspection to prevent acid splashing. Furthermore, when handling corrosive chemicals, all relevant chemical regulations must be followed during operation and inspection. A regular, designated inspection system should be established to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
③ The transducer must operate in a liquid environment when the ultrasonic power supply is working; otherwise, the ultrasonic power supply may malfunction. Avoid dusty and humid environments.
④ Regularly check the working fluid supply of the ceramic filter's vacuum pump to ensure it is normal. This is especially important in areas with hard water, which can easily clog working fluid pipes.
⑤ When shutting down the ceramic filter for extended periods during winter, all liquids in the pumps must be drained to prevent freezing damage.
⑥ Acid preparation should be carried out after joint cleaning and before start-up. (The acid solution will generate heat during the preparation process; immediate use may affect the service life of the metering pump or cause damage.)
⑦ Regularly add lubricating oil to the reducer and bearings of the ceramic filter.
