1. Before starting the machine, check that all parts of the filter and vacuum pump are in good working order. Only start the machine according to the process sequence after confirming that everything is normal.
2. Before starting the vacuum pump, perform a test rotation. If there are no problems, start the machine, open the clean water valve, close the air inlet valve, and add an appropriate amount of circulating water. When stopping the machine, first open the air valve, then close the clean water valve and add circulating water.
3. During operation, carefully monitor the motor temperature rise and current changes. If any abnormalities are found, handle them promptly.
4. Carefully adjust the vacuum level and airflow to prevent ore leakage and maintain low ore powder moisture content.
5. Regularly clean the flow channel and maintain a clean work area.
