During production, belt filter presses frequently encounter faults, among which belt misalignment occurs most often and has a significant impact.
Next, check the pneumatic valve and the double-acting cylinder. If the pneumatic valve fails or the cylinder does not operate, replace the pneumatic valve and clean or replace the cylinder. In addition, if the connecting air pipes or fittings leak, replace the pipes or fittings.
By analyzing the causes of belt misalignment in the belt filter press and making the corresponding adjustments, faults caused by misaligned belts can be avoided, improving the operating rate of the machine, reducing filter belt consumption, and minimizing maintenance requirements.
