1. Before use, check that the inlet and outlet piping are properly installed, and secure the pipes inside the tank to prevent them from swinging.
2. Open the exhaust valve before opening the dosing valve. Allow water to flow from the dosing valve through the dosing tank into the pump and inlet pipe, ensuring the inlet pipe is completely filled. For the new stainless steel belt filter press, or open the filter cover and pour water into the filter cartridge to completely fill the inlet pipe.
3. Before starting the motor, check that the operating voltage matches the motor wiring voltage to prevent errors.
4. Before starting the motor, tighten the dosing valve, then open the exhaust valve to allow gas to flow through the pipe into the dosing tank.
5. After confirming the above steps are complete, when starting the pump motor, ensure the pump rotation direction is correct.
6. Allow the liquid in the dosing tank to flow through the dosing valve into the pump. Once only a small amount of liquid remains, tighten the dosing valve to prevent air from entering the pump inlet.
7. Before use, check that the pressure gauge diaphragm is filled with clean water. Fill if necessary and tighten the gauge to ensure accuracy.
8. Before powering on, verify that the inlet and outlet pipelines are correctly selected: check that the valves are open, the pipeline flow path is correct, the liquid in the dosing tank is normal, and there is no damage to the pipes.
9. When operating in hazardous environments or with dangerous liquids, wear protective clothing, a face shield, and safety shoes.
10. Check all protective switches, such as valve positions, tank liquid levels, and that power protection switches are in their correct operating positions.
